I bought a car in July. 2016 Nissan Rogue, The salesman, had me clear all the controls.

He showed me how to back up and let me hear the beeping of the back up camera. He showed me the tires and rims. He set my cell phone up to show me how to use it. He even kept my sons number in the memory so I would have a number.

I told him I really liked the color, it was a gold pewter. He set the radio to 107.9 for me. We cleared all the miles etc. and went on our ride.

He mentioned how quiet the inside of car was, due to something about the tires, I can't remember what it was. When we got back, I noticed that the miles were at 32 miles. I was done with paperwork and everything by 2:45pm . He told me they were going to detail it for me.

I said it was really clean already. He stated they have to do each one anyway. I waited for2 1/2 hours for this detail. I was hot ,tired and getting upset.

He took me out to the car. I had my sunglasses on,. When we got in to the car, He had me clear the miles. I noticed and said ,why is it at 43 when it was only at 32 when we got back?

He stated they have to test drive one more time. I asked who is THEY? I went ahead and left, because it was already almost five. When I was driving home I noticed that the stereo was not on my channel and it didn't sound near as good.

As matter of fact in order to hear the stereo, over the noise from the tires I have to put it at 22 to 25.I went to call my son, and my phone wasn't working. So when I got home I called him to come see car and hook up phone. At that time he comes in and said I thought you said it was a gold pewter color? I went out side and without my sunglasses on I realized that it was grey.

Then I started noticing things that was really different about this car. I called the financial manager the next day. I told him that this was not the same car that I had looked at. He said he would have to get together with Buck the salesman.

Later that day Buck came by my house and said there had been a paper that I hadn't signed. I went to sign it and it was the VIN paper. I said Buck that was one of the first papers I signed. He responded that the financial manager had misplaced it.

I did sign it, I also had told him that this was not the same car I had looked at. I again I called the following week,Buck was there but the financial manager was not. called the financial manager and told him that I would like to meet with him and Buck. He said unfortunately Buck was on vacation until next week.

I told him how I felt about what was going on. He had no answers except, "Well I checked the VIN and it does match your car" Of course it does he had Buck come switch it out. My son asked Buck how would they lose just the VIN paper. Buck said the financial manager was in a hurry to get me going.

(After 21/2 hours. That's a hurry?) I played cat and mouse with them for several weeks. In Aug, I was backing up and another women was also. We hit each other.

I called Buck next day asked him about the back up warning not working. He said maybe it got bumped off when we hit. I took it into have it checked, and THERE is NO back up warning on that lower class model. Finally after calling leaving letters to manager.

(over ten) I went in and talked to the asst. manager. I also had talked with Julie (his asst.) She said a lot of times they show the one and than go back and trade out for the older on. rotation as she called it.

The asst. manager felt that maybe Buck just traded down due maybe I wouldn't be able to make the payments Which as I told him, that should have been up to me to make that decision. I told the asst. manager that I would not have done the trade in ,had I known what they were doing..

He did make several excuses for both the salesman and financial manager. And of course neither one of them are there anymore. The asst. manager and Julie offered me tires to take down the loud sound of the tires, and a phone that would be combatable to my Bluetooth that is in the car.

I was charged the price of a special edition but given a economy car. I have tried to ask ,and ask why I just can't have the one I looked at and paid for. I again have waited over two weeks for the asst. manager to get back to me.

He had Julie call and say "Hey Kathie get the size of your tires so we can get them on for you, and let me know when you want to change out your phone." I left the Asst. manager a mess. that I don't want that. I want what I looked at and Second guessing what the salesman and the Financial manger was thinking isn't working.

It is only making me believe more that they were aware of what their employee's were doing . I called the attorney general, he is the one that told me about "Bait and Switch" They sent me papers to file with them. I was trying to not have to do this, because I believe there are innocent people involved in this. Could someone please answer these issues.
